Honey Garlic Chicken
For every two boneless-skinless chicken breasts, cubed -
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup margarine/butter
2 cloves garlic
Preheat oven to 375 degrees C. Melt honey and margarine/butter in a bowl with the garlic until warm, mix together, and pour over the cubed chicken. Microwave is fine for the melting. Cook in a small baking dish (small enough that the chicken is mostly covered in sauce) for 25-30 minutes. It's done when sauce is boiling, and chicken is starting to brown on the tips and edges.
I usually serve this with rice or couscous, as the sauce is a great topping!
